About Us
Our partnership began with a connection based on a passion for human wellness in the physical form and a love of coaching. Drawing from backgrounds in business development, education, financial sales, theater, health care (chiropractic care, mental health coaching, nutritional therapy, personal training, somatic coaching), Zoë and Cynthia formed Cohesia Leadership Partners in 2023.

Our unique blend of health and business-informed backgrounds, coupled with extensive experience in corporate leadership, management, and entrepreneurial ventures, enables us to offer a holistic and dynamic perspective to our coaching practice. We recognise the profound connection between working with the human body and deeply effective leadership coaching.
